Value delivery through identification, prioritization and care management

Why We Exist?

Today’s methods are missing the enormous opportunity in CKD to both lower costs AND improve outcomes.

Yet, we know the answer. We know that early identification is critical. We know that today’s methods don’t identify up to 90% of the population. We know that if you can’t identify the population and prioritize their risk, you will endure clinical & financial risk that is totally unnecessary.

Compass knows that our approach will deliver value by helping you get in front of this avoidable risk.

Our Pledge

We help our partners deliver better care and a better experience to those who find themselves on the wrong end of a kidney-related diagnosis. And we do it without disrupting your internal operations or provider relationships.

Our pledge to you is that we will provide real value should you choose to partner with us. We will stand behind our promises, and we are prepared to put skin in the game to prove it.
